Thank you for choosing RUGKEY. Every rug we create is handmade with care, attention, and genuine craftsmanship. Because each piece is made individually rather than mass-produced, production requires time. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we bring your order to life.

Production and Processing Time

As our rugs are handmade, production times vary depending on the design, size, and complexity of the piece. Once your order is confirmed, we begin the careful process of creating your rug.

Throughout production, we will send you an update on the progress of your order every two weeks. These updates are provided so you can follow the journey of your rug as it is being made with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete and your rug has passed our quality checks, it will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its journey to you.

Order Updates

We believe in keeping you informed at every stage. In addition to the bi-weekly production updates, you will also receive notifications when:

  • Your order has been confirmed
  • Production has been completed
  • Your order has been shipped
