    1. Agreement By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

    2. We sell hand-tufted wool rugs as described on each product page. Colors may vary by device and lighting.

    3. Orders and payment An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or we cannot fulfil it. Prices are shown at checkout. Full payment is due at checkout unless we expressly offer another arrangement.

    4. Made to order Most orders are manufactured to order with a typical production time of 30–45 days. Lead times and cancellation rules are in the Shipping Policy and the Returns and Refund Policy.

    5. Intellectual property Site content, product images, and designs are owned by Rugkey or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

    6. Acceptable use You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false order information.

    7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rugkey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from delays within disclosed production and shipping windows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

    8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where they apply.
