Construction

Hand-tufted pile in 100% wool. Soft underfoot for living rooms and bedrooms with normal residential use. Use a quality rug pad if the floor needs grip or cushioning.

Maintenance

Vacuum regularly on low suction. Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth. Do not machine-wash. For deeper cleaning, use a professional rug cleaner experienced with wool. Keep out of prolonged direct moisture.

Returns and cancellation

Manufactured to order. Typical production time is 30–45 days after payment. If you cancel during production, 40% of the product price is non-refundable and 60% may be refunded.
